Oakland Manor Nursing Center is Giddings’ newest skilled nursing facility. Located only minutes from St. Mark’s Medical Center in La Grange, we offer 24 hour licensed professional nursing care and full-time rehab care to individuals recently disabled by illness or injury as well as those who are seeking long-term care.
Short-term Services -
If you are seeking short-term medical and/or rehabilitative services, we will focus our efforts working closely with you and your family on achieving the most successful functional outcomes so that you can return home as quickly as possible. A dedicated team of healthcare professionals will design an individualized care plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Supporting the nursing team is a group of licensed therapists who provide physical, occupational and speech therapies for patients recovering from major surgery, stroke, neurological and orthopedic conditions and other illnesses, injuries and disabilities. We are guided by the principle that quality healthcare is best achieved when we work together.
Long-term Care Services -
Our long-term care units are designed for individuals who need 24-hour nursing care and may be chronically ill, frail or experiencing a very slow recovery from an illness or injury. These units offer private and semi-private room accommodations including room furnishings, color TV, beautiful common areas and private bathrooms. In addition, we offer respite or vacation care that allows families an opportunity to take a brief break from the demands of caring for a loved one round-the-clock.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, managed care insurance, Veterans Administration and private pay.
